I placed an order on Dec 14, 2024, and tracking had a scheduled delivery for Dec 28. However, on Dec 22, tracking showed the package location in Memphis, TN, and on Dec 28, there was no movement update from Memphis, TN shown.
The status tracking update on Dec 30 showed the package was delayed for external reasons in Gulfport, MS, which is only 7 miles from my residence. I have contacted TYMO numerous times and received emails saying you have reached out to your shipping partner and as soon as you hear back, you will contact me. I have yet to hear back from your company. I contacted UPS myself and opened a claim and an investigation was begun.
They have not located the package and on January 3, it now shows the claim has been submitted to TYMO for my package. I have tried calling your customer service number and no one answers. I want my package and I want someone to tell me where on earth it's located.
This has now become very frustrating. Had I not wanted your product, I would not have wasted time or money.

This company did not honor their 40% promo code for NY2025 initially, which would have made the waiver I was purchasing $42. Instead, I was charged $69.99.
And then, when I made a complaint with Klarna, thank goodness I used them, they gave me a 25% discount, not the 40% they promised. They promised to go back and do it manually after they tried to scam me initially. When I confirmed the order, it was $42 and then they took their promo code back. Now they're trying to give me $20 when they owe me $36.
So, I am canceling my order with them and will not do business again because they refuse to make it right. They think I'm supposed to be happy that they threw $20 at me. You owe me $36. You need to bring it down to $42 if you would like to keep this customer.
If not, your product is coming back and I'm getting a full refund.
I will tell everyone on all my social media platforms not to do business with you. I have proof below that you lied and you did so again.

Curlpro not working
Using it first time and stop working while I was using it. Will come on then when you push the button to curl it shuts off.I recommend not to buy if it doesnt do better than this.
I did love the curl of it, but it stopped working on me. Hopefully they will make it right.

On 3/11/25 I purchased the "Tymo Rovy Compact" that I need to return.

Poor Customer Service
.I ordered 2 Tymo Rovy's, they sent me 2 Tymo Straightener Brush/Combs. To date, customer service has been spotty.
I told them the mistake on Dec24th, it is now January 27th, and not resolved. They only communicate with me through email and that takes a few days to give me short answers that do not resolve anything. They said they will provide me return shipping labels, but then say "let us know when I send back items." For about 2 weeks now, I have been requesting the shipping labels and they said they will send me them, but then tell me to pay to return the items. But after repeated requests, they have not given me an address or provided the prepaid shipping label as they said they would.
I keep asking for it, and also ask why don't they answer my questions.
They always say basic phrases as "kindly provide the tracking when you send them back" But they never answer the question of "wheres the label and the address" Not a well run company. Nice products, if you receive them...

Unfortunately, I cannot use mine because my products are defective. I have made several attempts to reach customer support.
Each attempt was an epic failure. I'm highly disappointed.

They never got back to me. I bought there product 6months prior and it no longer working.
Warranty i proved it does not work well sent a video and then every time I called I received the run around like it is Christmas time be patient. Just not right

It does not heat up past 230. I have made calls and sent emails without receiving an answer.

I did not receive my package
I can't get a straight answer from this company. No one including UPS can locate my package. I either want my order or my money.
